Doing business in the general trading sector was the first step for PT Nissesa Adhikatama, then in line with the change of the Company's name in 2013 to PT Wisesa Niaga Tama, the field of work was expanded by managing the outsourcing services business sector or Worker Service Provider Services.

Until the end of 2016, the company's core businesses were general trading services and labor supply outsourcing. Later that year, a new business unit was developed, offering airline and train ticketing services, as well as travel support accommodation services. The various business opportunities presented amidst increasingly fierce challenges and competition also presented an opportunity for the company to continuously expand its business offerings. In early 2020, the company launched a new business venture, providing garden and landscape maintenance services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, various business sectors experienced disruption due to limited mobility, which was then followed by changes in business processes that increasingly emphasized the use of technology in line with the rapid wave of Industry 4.0 in various business sectors. This situation increasingly requires companies to continue exploring effective ways to survive and even continue to grow. Therefore, in 2021, Project and Business Support Services were developed.

Business dynamics in 2022-2023 were still affected by the sluggishness in various sectors following the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the company managed to continue growing despite the ongoing business turmoil caused by the pandemic, which has yet to recover.

Then, in 2024, the company recorded good performance and continued to adapt to market demand conditions and other market potentials, which could become quite prospective new business opportunities.

Therefore, in line with the shareholders' direction, a policy has been taken to prepare the company to meet various requirements in entering the Security Services market, the need for which tends to continue to increase.

Entering 2025, in line with the start of a new era of government in Indonesia, as well as the continuing volatility of global conditions, will certainly impact the management of companies that are strategic customers of PT. Wisesa Niaga Tama.

As a consequence of the challenges that exist, management's efforts are to strengthen the attributes of each portfolio currently managed, which is approached with optimum efforts in developing the Company, so in 2025, management is carrying out a business strategy to "Strengthen the Company's Business Through an Optimization Approach to Growth Horizons".
